NO CESSATION OF WORK. 6.01 In view of the orderly procedures established by this agreement for the settling of disputes and the handling of grievances, the Union and its members agree that, during the life of this agreement, there will be no strike or work stoppages. The Company agrees that there will be no lockout of employees during the life of this agreement. The term "strike" and "lockout" shall be defined in accordance with the definitions set out in the Labour Relations Act.

The term "strike" and "lockout" shall be defined in accordance with the definitions set out in the Labour Relations ActAgreement.

The term "terms “strike" ” and "“lockout" ” shall be defined in accordance with the definitions set out in the Labour Relations Act.
