NO CONFLICT OF INTEREST; OTHER ACTIVITIES. The Developer hereby warrants to the Company that, to the best of its knowledge, it is not currently obliged under any existing contract or other duty that conflicts with or is inconsistent with this Agreement. During the Term, the Developer is free to engage in other development activities; provided, however, the Developer shall not accept work, enter into contracts, or accept obligations inconsistent or incompatible with the Developer’s obligations or the scope of Services to be rendered for the Company pursuant to this Agreement.
NO CONFLICT OF INTEREST; OTHER ACTIVITIES. The Contractor hereby warrants to the Company that, to the best of its knowledge, it is not currently obliged under an existing contract or other duty that conflicts with or is inconsistent with this Agreement. During the Term (as defined below) and thereafter, the Contractor is free to engage in other independent contracting activities, including similar services for other companies that could be perceived as competitors of the Company. The Contractor warrants to the Company that it shall not accept work, enter into contracts, or accept obligations that directly pose a conflict of interest with the Contractor’s obligations or the scope of Services to be rendered for the Company pursuant to this Agreement.

The Provider hereby warrants to the Company that, to the best of its knowledge, it is not currently obliged under any existing contract or other duty that conflicts with or is inconsistent with this Agreement. During the Term, the Provider is free to engage in other website maintenance activities; provided, however, the Provider shall not accept work, enter into contracts, or accept obligations inconsistent or incompatible with the Provider’s obligations or the scope of Services to be rendered for the Company pursuant to this Agreement.
NO CONFLICT OF INTEREST; OTHER ACTIVITIES. The Host hereby warrants to the Client that, to the best of its knowledge, it is not currently obliged under any existing contract or other duty that conflicts with or is inconsistent with this Agreement. During the Term, the Host is free to engage in other website hosting activities.

The Company hereby warrants to the Reseller that, to the best of its knowledge, it is not currently obliged under any existing contract or other duty that conflicts with or is inconsistent with this Agreement. During the Term, the Company is free to engage in other website hosting activities; provided, however, the Company shall not accept work, enter into contracts, or accept obligations inconsistent or incompatible with the Company’s obligations or the scope of Services to be rendered for the Reseller pursuant to this Agreement.

The Developer hereby warrants to the Town that, to the best of its knowledge, it is not currently obliged under any existing contract or other duty that conflicts with or is inconsistent with this Agreement. During the Term, the Developer is free to engage in other website development activities; provided, however, the Developer shall not accept work, enter into contracts, or accept obligations inconsistent or incompatible with the Developer’s obligations or the scope of Services to be rendered for the Town pursuant to this Agreement.
NO CONFLICT OF INTEREST; OTHER ACTIVITIES. The Consultant hereby represents and warrants to the Company, and covenants to the Company, that the Consultant is, and will be, obliged under any contract, obligation or other duty that conflicts with or is inconsistent with this Agreement. During the Term, the Consultant is free to engage in other independent contracting activities; provided, however, the Consultant shall not accept work, enter into contracts, or accept obligations inconsistent or incompatible with the Consultant’s obligations or the scope of Services to be rendered for the Company pursuant to this Agreement.

The Developer hereby warrants to the Company that, to the best of its knowledge, it is not currently obliged under any existing contract or other duty that conflicts with or is inconsistent with this Agreement. During the Term, the Developer is free to engage in other development activities; provided, however, the Developer shall not accept work, enter into contracts, or accept obligations inconsistent or incompatible with the Developer’s obligations or the scope of Services to be rendered for the Company pursuant to this Agreement. Within three (3) days of the termination of this Agreement, whether by expiration or otherwise, the Developer agrees to return to the Company all Company products, samples, models, or other property and all documents, retaining no copies or notes, relating to the Company’s business including, but not limited to, reports, abstracts, lists, correspondence, information, computer files, computer disks, and all other materials and all copies of such material obtained by the Developer during and in connection with its representation of the Company. All files, records, documents, blueprints, specifications, information, letters, notes, media lists, original artwork/creative, notebooks, and similar items relating to the Company’s business, whether prepared by the Developer or otherwise coming into its possession, shall remain the Company’s exclusive property.

The Consultant hereby warrants to WCS that, to the best of its knowledge, it is not currently obliged under an existing contract or other duty that conflicts with or is inconsistent with this Agreement. During the Term (as defined below), the Consultant is free to engage in other independent contracting activities; p rovided, however, the Consultant shall not accept work, enter into contracts, or accept obligations inconsistent or incompatible with the Consultant’s obligations or the scope of Services to be rendered for WCS pursuant to this Agreement.
