Grievance on Layoffs and Recalls Grievances concerning layoffs and recalls shall be initiated at Step 2 of the grievance procedure.
Nuisances Tenant shall not perform any acts or carry on any practice which may injure the demised premises or be a nuisance or menace to other tenants in the Shopping Center.
LAY-OFFS AND RECALLS In the event of a lay-off, employees within the affected level shall be laid-off in reverse order of their bargaining unit seniority. An employee to be laid-off will be allowed to bump any employee with less seniority who is in an equal or lower level, provided that the senior employee is qualified to fill the position of the displaced employee.
NO CONTRACTING OUT 15.01 The Hospital shall not contract out any work usually performed by members of the bargaining unit if, as a result of such contracting out, a layoff of any employees other than Casual part-time employees results from such contracting out.
No Weapons or Firearms Except as provided by statute and District policy, all District properties are weapons- and firearms-free zones; Contractor is prohibited from possessing on its persons or in its vehicles any weapons or firearms while on District property.
Entities that Boycott Israel Contractor represents and warrants that (1) it does not, and shall not for the duration of the Contract, boycott Israel or (2) the verification required by Section 2271.002 of the Texas Government Code does not apply to the Contract. If circumstances relevant to this provision change during the course of the Contract, Contractor shall promptly notify System Agency.
No Harassment Contractor does not engage in unlawful harassment, including sexual harassment, with respect to any persons with whom Contractor may interact in the performance of this Agreement, and Contractor takes all reasonable steps to prevent harassment from occurring.
No General Solicitation Neither the Company nor any person acting on behalf of the Company has offered or sold any of the Securities by any form of general solicitation or general advertising. The Company has offered the Securities for sale only to the Purchasers and certain other “accredited investors” within the meaning of Rule 501 under the Securities Act.
No Smoking Policy There will be no smoking allowed anywhere in the premises by anyone. It will be Tenant’s responsibility to convey to and enforce this policy by its employees, agents and all other invitees.
NO DISCRIMINATION OR HARASSMENT (a) There shall be no discrimination, interference, restriction, coercion, harassment, intimidation or any disciplinary action exercised or practiced with respect to an employee by reason of age, race, creed, color, national origin, religious affiliation, sex, sexual orientation, ethnic origin, marital status, family status, mental or physical disability, conviction for which a pardon has been granted or membership or activity in the Professional Institute.
