No-Cost Changes Sample Clauses
No-Cost Changes. The following changes shall be completed at no additional cost to the State under this Contract:
a. Activities necessary for the System to continue functioning in compliance with state and federal laws and policies.
b. Activities necessary in response to guidance issued by a federal entity;
c. Activities to correct defects;
No-Cost Changes. Changes in the Development Work which have no net cost effect on the Development Price may be approved in writing by the Alamo RMA as a Deviation, and in such event shall not require a Change Order.
No-Cost Changes. Bandwidth Services (Transport and Internet) include one no-cost Service Change per Site, per year as part of this Contract price.
