No-Cost Changes Sample Clauses

No-Cost Changes. The following changes shall be completed at no additional cost to the State under this Contract: a. Activities necessary for the System to continue functioning in compliance with state and federal laws and policies. b. Activities necessary in response to guidance issued by a federal entity; c. Activities to correct defects;
No-Cost Changes. Changes in the Development Work which have no net cost effect on the Development Price may be approved in writing by the Alamo RMA as a Deviation, and in such event shall not require a Change Order.
No-Cost Changes. Bandwidth Services (Transport and Internet) include one no-cost Service Change per Site, per year as part of this Contract price.

  • Shift Changes When an employee is assigned to a specific shift and that assignment is changed, the employee shall be given seven (7) calendar days’ notice prior to the change.

  • Project Changes Project changes prior to bid opening shall be made by addendum to plans and specifications. Changes after bid opening shall be made by change order. The Local Government shall submit all addenda and all change orders to the Department for an eligibility determination. After execution of all construction, equipment and materials contracts, the Project contingency may be reduced.

  • Contract Changes Changes may not be made in the terms and conditions of this contract without the agreement and written permission of the Director of Housing.

  • Minor Changes Within Sale Area, minor adjustments may be made in boundaries of cutting units or in the timber individually Marked for cutting when ac- ceptable to Purchaser and Forest Service.

  • Program Changes Contractor agrees to inform the County of any alteration in program or service delivery at least thirty (30) days prior to the implementation of the change, or as soon as reasonably feasible.
