No Deferment of Minimum Compensation. There shall be no deferment of any part of the minimum compensation prescribed by this Agreement, without the prior express written consent of the District Council. Compensation in excess of the minimums prescribed by this Agreement may be deferred by prior express written agreement between a Guild Member and the Producer.
