Common use of No Discrimination for Union Activity Clause in Contracts

No Discrimination for Union Activity. The Employer shall not discharge, discipline, interfere with, restrict, coerce or otherwise discriminate against any member of the Union for reason of membership or activity in, or for legitimate action on behalf of, the Union, or for the exercise of rights provided by this Agreement or applicable general law.
