No Discrimination on Account of Union Activity. Neither the City nor the Union shall interfere with, intimidate, retaliate, restrain, coerce or discriminate against any employee because of the exercise of his/her rights granted pursuant to this Agreement, the Employee Relations Ordinance and the Xxxxxx-Xxxxxx-Xxxxx Act. No employee seeking promotion, reassignment or transfer shall in any way be discriminated against because of their Union activities.
