Neither the City nor the Union shall interfere with, intimidate, restrain, coerce or discriminate against any employee because of the exercise of rights granted pursuant to the Employee Relations Ordinance of the City and County of San Francisco and the Xxxxxx-Xxxxxx-Xxxxx Act. The City and the Union agree that employees subject to this Agreement shall not be discriminated against for the filing of an Assignment Despite Objection (ADO) form.
