No Discrimination on Account of Union Activity. 77. Neither the City nor the Union shall interfere with, intimidate, retaliate, restrain, coerce or discriminate against any employee because of the exercise of his/her rights granted pursuant to this Agreement, the Employee Relations Ordinance and the Xxxxxx-Xxxxxx-Xxxxx Act. No employee seeking promotion, reassignment or transfer shall in any way be discriminated against because of their Union activities.
