Common use of NO DISCRIMINATION OR COERCION Clause in Contracts

NO DISCRIMINATION OR COERCION. 4.01 The Employer and the Union agree that there will be no discrimination, interference, restrictions or coercions exercised or practiced by either party hereto or by any representative of either party with respect to any employee because of his/her membership or non-membership in the Union or because an employee holds a position with the Union. 4.02 The Employer and the Union agree to abide by the provisions of the Ontario Human Rights Code.

The Union or because an employee holds a position with the Unionagrees that there will be no Union activity on University premises except as contemplated by this Agreement. 4.02 The Employer and the Union agree to abide by the provisions of the Ontario Human Rights Code.
