NO DISCRIMINATION OR COERCION. 4.01 The Employer agrees that there will be no discrimination, interference, restriction or coercion exercised or practiced by any of its representatives with respect to any employee because of their membership or non-membership in the Union. 4.02 The Union agrees that there will be no intimidation, interference or coercion exercised or practiced by any of its members or representatives, and that there will be no Union activity or solicitation for membership during working hours on the Employer's property except with the written permission of the Employer or as specifically provided for in this Agreement.
