NO DISCRIMINATION OR COERCION. 16.01 The Employer agrees that there will be no discrimination, interference, restriction or coercion exercised or practised by any of its representatives with respect to any employee because of her membership or non-membership in the Union. 16.02 The Union agrees that there will be no intimidation, interference or coercion exercised or practised by any employee of the Employer, by any of its members or representatives, and that there will be no Union activity, solicitation for membership or collection of dues during working hours except with the written permission of the Employer or as specifically provided for in this Agreement. 16.03 The parties agree that there shall be no discrimination under the terms of the Ontario Human Rights Code.
