No Economic Discrimination. To the extent that Lessee is authorized to operate any commercial business, Lessee shall furnish its accommodations and/or services on a fair, equal, and not unjustly discriminatory basis to all users thereof, and it shall charge fair, reasonable, and not unjustly discriminatory prices for each unit of service.
