No Filings, Regulatory Approvals etc. Other than as set forth or contemplated in the Prospectus, no filing with, or approval, authorization, consent, license, registration, qualification, order or decree of, any court or governmental authority or agency, domestic or foreign, is necessary or required for the issuance and sale of the Notes, by the Trust, except such as have been previously made, obtained or rendered, as applicable and except such consents, approvals, authorizations, registrations or qualifications as may be required under the 1933 Act and the 1939 Act or under state or foreign securities or Blue Sky laws or any rules or regulations of any securities exchange.
No Filings, Regulatory Approvals etc. No filing with, or approval, authorization, consent, license, registration, qualification, if any as may be required, order or decree of, any court or governmental authority or agency, domestic or foreign, is necessary or required for the due authorization, execution and delivery by the Company of this Agreement and the other Company Program Documents or for the performance by the Company of its obligations under this Agreement and the other Company Program Documents, except (a) as otherwise set forth in the Prospectus, (b) as have been obtained or rendered, as the case may be, (c) as may be necessary or required under state or foreign securities or blue sky laws or any rules or regulations of any securities exchange and (d) with respect to any applicable insurance laws, regulations, rulings, policies and guidelines addressed in the memorandum of Company Counsel received by the Agents pursuant to Section 6(b)(vii) hereof and/or the opinion of Company Counsel received by the Agents pursuant to Section 6(b)(viii) hereof.
No Filings, Regulatory Approvals etc. No filing with, or approval, authorization, consent, license, registration, qualification, order or decree of, any court or governmental authority or agency, domestic or foreign, is necessary or required for the due authorization, execution and delivery by Global Funding of Global Funding Program Documents or for the performance by Global Funding of the transactions contemplated in Global Funding Program Documents, except such as have been previously made, obtained or rendered, as applicable.
No Filings, Regulatory Approvals etc. Other than the filing of the applicable financing statements, if any, no filing with, or approval, authorization, consent, license, registration, qualification, order or decree of, any court or governmental authority or agency, domestic or foreign, is necessary or required for the due authorization, execution and delivery by such Issuing Trust of the Issuing Trust Program Documents or for the performance by such Issuing Trust of the transactions contemplated in the Issuing Trust Program Documents, except such as have been previously made, obtained or rendered, as applicable.
No Filings, Regulatory Approvals etc. Other than the filing of the applicable financing statements, if any, no filing with, or approval, authorization, consent, license, registration, qualification, order or decree of, any court or governmental authority or agency, domestic or foreign, is necessary or required for the due authorization, execution and delivery by the Company of this Agreement, each Funding Agreement or the Program Documents or for the performance by the Company of the transactions contemplated in this Agreement, each Funding Agreement, the Program Documents or the Prospectus, except such as have been previously made, obtained or rendered, as applicable.
No Filings, Regulatory Approvals etc. No filing with, or approval, authorization, consent, license, registration, qualification, if any as may be required, order or decree of, any court or governmental authority or agency, domestic or foreign, is necessary or required for the performance by each of the Principal Entities of its obligations under this Agreement and the Principal Program Documents, except (a) as otherwise set forth in the Prospectus, (b) as have been obtained or rendered, as the case may be, and (c) as may be necessary or required under state or foreign securities or blue sky laws or any rules or regulations of any securities exchange.
No Filings, Regulatory Approvals etc. No filing with, or approval, authorization, consent, license, registration, qualification, order or decree of, any court or governmental authority or agency, domestic or foreign, is necessary or required for the performance by the Company of its obligations under this Agreement, the Indentures and the Notes or in connection with the transactions contemplated in the Prospectus, except such as have been previously obtained or rendered, as the case may be, and such as may be obtained under the state securities laws of any jurisdiction in connection with the sale of the Notes as herein contemplated.

No Filings, Regulatory Approvals etc. Except as otherwise set forth in the Time of Sale Prospectus, no filing with, or approval, authorization, consent, license, registration, qualification, if any as may be required, order or decree of, any court or governmental authority or agency, domestic or foreign, is necessary or required for the due authorization, execution and delivery by the Trust of the Trust Program Documents or for the performance by such Trust of its obligations under this Agreement and the other Trust Program Documents, except such as have been obtained or rendered, as the case may be, except as may be necessary or required under state or foreign securities or blue sky laws and except with respect to any applicable insurance laws, regulations, rulings, policies and guidelines addressed in the memorandum of Company Counsel received by the Agents pursuant to Section 6(b)(vii) hereof and/or the opinion of Company Counsel received by the Agents pursuant to Section 6(b)(viii) hereof.
No Filings, Regulatory Approvals etc. No filing with, or approval, authorization, consent, license, registration, qualification, order or decree of, any court or governmental authority or agency, domestic or foreign, is necessary or required for the performance by the Company of its obligations under this Agreement, the Indenture and the Notes or in connection with the transactions contemplated in the Prospectus, except such as have been obtained under the 1933 Act or the 1939 Act and such consents, approvals, authorizations, registrations or qualifications as may be required under state securities or Blue Sky laws in connection with the solicitation by any Agent of offers to purchase Securities from the Company and with purchases of Securities by such Agent as principal, as the case may be, in each case in the manner contemplated hereby.
