The Licensee will not ignite or permit to burn any open fire or any fire hazard on or near the Road or the adjacent lands or timber holdings of the Licensor at any time and the Licensee will take every reasonable precaution to prevent the escape of fire on or to any of the Licensor’s lands and timber holdings and to extinguish all fires promptly regardless of cause or origination.
