No Funds Advanced. No funds had been advanced by the Seller or anyone acting on behalf of the Seller in order to cause any Receivable to qualify under the representation and warranty set forth as clause 19(E) of Schedule B-1.
No Funds Advanced. Sellers have not advanced funds, or induced, solicited or knowingly received any advance of funds from a party other than the Obligor, directly or indirectly, for the payment of any amount required under the Loan. All payments shown on the records relating to the Loans were made on the dates indicated on said records, and none of the credits entered on the records were gratuitous or were given for a payment made by an Affiliate, employee or agent of any Seller.
