No Implied Entitlement. Other than as expressly provided herein, you will not be entitled to receive any further pay or compensation, severance pay, notice, payment in lieu of notice, incentives, bonuses, benefits or damages of any kind.

The Employee will not be entitled to receive any further pay or compensation (except for pay, if any, accrued and owing under this Agreement up to the date of termination of employment) from the Company, and for clarity, without limiting the foregoing, the Employee will not be entitled to any bonus or pro rata bonus payment that has not already been awarded to the Employee by the Company.
