No Issuance Notices; Final Drawing Notice. 2015 GR-6 Notes may be issued from time to time prior to the Stated Expiration Date in accordance herewith and with the GR Resolution so long as (i) the Issuing and Paying Agent is not in receipt of a Notice of No Issuance, which notice has not been rescinded by a Rescission of Notice of No Issuance and (ii) the Issuing and Paying Agent is not in receipt of the Final Drawing Notice. The Bank may deliver a Notice of No Issuance or a Final Drawing Notice at any time when an Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing. A Notice of No Issuance or the Final Drawing Notice shall be effective when received by the Issuing and Paying Agent; provided, however, that a Notice of No Issuance or the Final Drawing Notice received by the Issuing and Paying Agent after 11:30 a.m. New York time, on any day on which 2015 GR-6 Notes are being issued shall be effective on the next succeeding day. A Notice of No Issuance or the Final Drawing Notice may be given by facsimile or electronic mail transmission, confirmed in writing within twenty-four (24) hours, but the failure to so confirm such Notice of No Issuance or the Final Drawing Notice in writing shall not render such Notice of No Issuance or the Final Drawing Notice ineffective. The Bank shall furnish a copy of any Notice of No Issuance or the Final Drawing Notice to the Authority and the Dealer promptly following delivery thereof to the Issuing and Paying Agent, but the failure to furnish any such copy shall not render ineffective such Notice of No Issuance or the Final Drawing Notice.

  • Funding Requests 4.1 The Consortium seeks the approval of the Fund Council for research and other programs to implement the SRF by submitting CRP proposals to the Fund Council. The Fund Council and the Consortium are expected to determine and coordinate an appropriate degree of and approach for Fund Donor input into the development of CRP proposals. Descriptions in each CRP proposal and reporting by the Consortium on the use of funds received under the resulting CRP are expected to have sufficient granularity to demonstrate progress on activities funded in such program, with a focus on outputs, outcomes and impacts, highlighting the SRF and impact pathways.

  • Transfer Cancellation Requests and Refused Transfers You may cancel a transfer at any time until it begins processing (as shown in the Service). We will, to the extent permitted by law, make reasonable attempts to return any unclaimed, refused, refunded, prohibited, or denied transfer to your Account that we debited for the funds transfer. If it is later determined that the prospective lower tier participant knowingly rendered an erroneous certification in addition to other remedies available to the federal government, the department or agency with which this transaction originated may pursue available remedies, including suspension and / or debarment. 3. The prospective lower tier participant shall provide immediate written notice to the person to which this proposal is submitted if at any time the prospective lower tier participant learns that its certification was erroneous when submitted or has become erroneous by reason of changed circumstances. 4. A participant may decide the method and frequency by which it determines the eligibility of its principals. Each participant may, but is not required to, check the Nonprocurement List. 8. Nothing contained in the foregoing shall be construed to require establishment of a system of records in order to render in good faith the certification required by this clause. The knowledge and information of a participant is not required to exceed that which is normally possessed by a prudent person in the ordinary course of business dealings. 9. Except for transactions authorized under paragraph 5 of these instructions, if a participant in a covered transaction knowingly enters into a lower tier covered transaction with a person who is suspended, debarred, ineligible or voluntarily excluded from participation in this transaction, in addition to other remedies available to the federal government, the department or agency with which this transaction originated may pursue available remedies, including suspension and / or debarment.

  • Electronic Notice to Borrower Unless another delivery method is required by Applicable Law, Lender may provide notice to Borrower by e-mail or other electronic communication (“Electronic Communication”) if: (i) agreed to by Xxxxxx and Xxxxxxxx in writing; (ii) Borrower has provided Lender with Borrower’s e-mail or other electronic address (“Electronic Address”); (iii) Lender provides Borrower with the option to receive notices by first class mail or by other non-Electronic Communication instead of by Electronic Communication; and (iv) Lender otherwise complies with Applicable Law. Any notice to Borrower sent by Electronic Communication in connection with this Security Instrument will be deemed to have been given to Borrower when sent unless Lender becomes aware that such notice is not delivered. If Xxxxxx becomes aware that any notice sent by Electronic Communication is not delivered, Xxxxxx will resend such communication to Borrower by first class mail or by other non-Electronic Communication. Xxxxxxxx may withdraw the agreement to receive Electronic Communications from Lender at any time by providing written notice to Xxxxxx of Xxxxxxxx’s withdrawal of such agreement.
