Advance Notice of Lay-Off. The Corporation shall notify regular employees who are to be laid-off and who have worked continuously for ninety (90) days or more and who are not subject to the probationary period on the following basis and in lieu of such notice will pay the employee accordingly: (i) seven (7) days notice, in writing, to the employee if his or her period of employment is less than one (1) year; (ii) fourteen (14) days notice, in writing, to the employee if his or her period of employment is one (1) year or more, but less than three (3) years; (iii) twenty-one (21) days notice, in writing, to the employee if his or her period of employment is three (3) years or more, but less than four (4) years;

Related to Advance Notice of Lay-Off

  • Advance Notice Date means each date the Company delivers to the Investor an Advance Notice requiring the Investor to advance funds to the Company, subject to the terms of this Agreement. No Advance Notice Date shall be less than seven (7) Trading Days after the prior Advance Notice Date.

  • Advance Notice means a written notice to the Investor setting forth the Advance amount that the Company requests from the Investor and the Advance Date.

  • Notice of Loan means a Notice of Loan in the form of the attached Exhibit C.

  • Notice of Swing Line Borrowing has the meaning specified in Section 2.02(b).

  • CAFA Notice refers to the notice requirements imposed by 28 U.S.C. § 1715(b).

  • Notice of Conversion/Extension means the written notice of conversion of a LIBOR Rate Loan to an Alternate Base Rate Loan or an Alternate Base Rate Loan to a LIBOR Rate Loan, or extension of a LIBOR Rate Loan, in each case substantially in the form of Exhibit 1.1(e).

  • Swing Line Borrowing Notice is defined in Section 2.4.2.

  • Reference Notice means a notice given to the Water Services Regulation Authority under paragraph 11 or 14 of Condition B;

  • Notice of Extension has the meaning specified in Section 2.20.

  • Notice of Competitive Bid Borrowing has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(a).

  • Drawdown Notice means a notice in the form set out in Schedule 2 (or in any other form which the Agent approves or reasonably requires);

  • Notice of Continuation or Conversion has the meaning provided in Section 2.10(b).

  • Request for Letter of Credit means a written request for a Letter of Credit substantially in the form of Exhibit H, signed by a Responsible Official of Borrower, and properly completed to provide all information required to be included therein.

  • Notice of Conversion or Continuation shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.6(a).

  • Notice of Swingline Borrowing shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.4.

  • Issuance Notice Date means any Trading Day during the Agency Period that an Issuance Notice is delivered pursuant to Section 3(b)(i).

  • Acceptance Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(d)(iii).

  • Issuance Notice means a written notice delivered to the Agent by the Company in accordance with this Agreement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A that is executed by its Chief Executive Officer, President or Chief Financial Officer.

  • Notice of Revolving Credit Advance has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.1(a).

  • Advance Request means a request for an Advance submitted by Borrower to Lender in substantially the form of Exhibit A.
