Common use of NO LOCKOUT - NO STRIKE CLAUSE Clause in Contracts

NO LOCKOUT - NO STRIKE CLAUSE. 6.1 The Union agrees that it will not call, encourage, authorize, ratify or engage in any strike, slowdown, sympathy strike, or other interference with or interruption of work, for any reason, during the term of this Agreement or any renewal term hereof. In the event of a labor conflict involving Frontier Communications of the Southwest Inc. or another employer, where the Company is notified of violence or threatening activity, an employee will not be required to cross an authorized picket line. The Company agrees not to lock out employees during the term of this Agreement.
