NO MAINTENANCE OR SUPPORT. Berkeley Lab shall be under no obligation whatsoever to: (i) provide maintenance or support for the Software; or (ii) to notify you of bug fixes, patches, or updates (collectively, “Update”) to the Software (if any). If, in its sole discretion, Berkeley Lab makes an Update available to you and Berkeley Lab does not separately enter into a written license agreement with you relating to such Update, then it shall be deemed incorporated into the Software and subject to this Agreement.
NO MAINTENANCE OR SUPPORT. LLNS is providing a license to the Software only. LLNS is under no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Software; or to notify End User of Software Updates (if any) (including without limitation bug fixes, patches and upgrades). LLNS will have no access to, and no responsibility for storing or backing up, any Data or Reports. End User is solely responsible for maintaining, storing and backing up as it sees fit any Data or Reports that it wishes to preserve. LLNS is not responsible for unauthorized access to, use of or alteration of any Data or Reports.
NO MAINTENANCE OR SUPPORT. LLNS shall be under no obligation whatsoever to:
(i) provide maintenance or support for the Software; or (ii) to notify LICENSEE of modifications including bug fixes, patches, or upgrades to the Software (if any). If, in its sole discretion, LLNS make such Software modifications available to LICENSEE and LLNS does not separately enter into a written license agreement with LICENSEE relating to such modifications, then it shall be deemed incorporated into the Software and subject to this Agreement.
NO MAINTENANCE OR SUPPORT. 4.1 Tidy Tools is not obligated, expressed or implied, to provide any maintenance, technical or other support for the Licensed Application.
NO MAINTENANCE OR SUPPORT. Berkeley Lab is under no obligation whatsoever to: (i) provide maintenance or support for the Software, or (ii) to notify Licensee of bug fixes, patches, or upgrades to the Software (if any). If, in its sole discretion, Berkeley Lab makes a Software bug fix, patch, or upgrade available to you without separately entering into a written license agreement with you relating to such bug fix, patch or upgrade, then it shall be deemed incorporated into the Software and subject to this Agreement. Licensee shall use commercially reasonable efforts to notify and/or disseminate such Software bug fixes, patches, or upgrades to its end users.
NO MAINTENANCE OR SUPPORT. 4.1 Polycam Inc is not obligated, expressed or implied, to provide any maintenance, technical or other support for the Application.
4.2 Polycam Inc and the End-User acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the licensed Application.
NO MAINTENANCE OR SUPPORT. 4.1 Empa is not obligated, expressed or implied, to provide any maintenance, technical or other support for the Licensed Application.
NO MAINTENANCE OR SUPPORT. 4.1 Deeptimize is not obligated, expressed or implied, to provide any maintenance, technical or other support for the Licensed Application.
4.2 Deeptimize and the End-User acknowledge that the Services have no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Licensed Application.
NO MAINTENANCE OR SUPPORT. Vivos is not required to provide any updates or maintenance or support services with respect to the VivosAire Software, however, from time to time, Vivos may make available a new version, updates, patches, upgrades, modifications, extensions, functional improvements, error corrections, enhancements, revisions, or changes to the VivosAire Software. Vivos is not required to notify you of any such changes to the VivosAire Software.
NO MAINTENANCE OR SUPPORT. 4.1 Peek: TV Shows & Movies is not obligated, expressed or implied, to provide any maintenance, technical or other support for the Application.
