Software Modifications definition

Software Modifications are described in clause 5.7;
Software Modifications means Custom Programming and Additional Interfaces,

Examples of Software Modifications in a sentence

  • Your rights under this Agreement apply only to Software, Modifications, and/or Applications for which all Designated Users are duly licensed hereunder.

  • Notwithstanding clause 5.5 above, where any improvements, modifications and/or additions are made to the Software (or any data created or generated by the Software) (“Software Modifications”) are developed or suggested by you, you agree that the Software Modifications vest in us from the time of their creation or otherwise is assigned to us, including all Intellectual Property Rights in such modifications and/or additions.

  • Software Modifications are required to all these systems to ensure that they are compatible with the ATC Manual for RVSM.

  • Customer shall be responsible for the installation of Software Modifications, at Customer's expense.

  • Digital Ally software will be repaired, replaced or upgraded ("Software Modifications"), in the discretion of Digital Ally, at Digital Ally's premises during the term of this Agreement.


More Definitions of Software Modifications

Software Modifications means all upgrades, updates, patches, fixes, changes to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and/or global or industry standards, and other modifications to the Software but which does not constitute a New Version of the Software;
Software Modifications means any modification, enhancement or derivative work (as defined by U.S. copyright law) of any Software or Documentation, including but not limited to any software code written in Tools, made by or for Licensee.
Software Modifications means any additions to, updates, improvements on, bug patches, new versions of, or other modifications to the LS Solution, made by the Contractor during this agreement, not including any Canada Data
Software Modifications means bug fixes, updates, upgrades, enhancements, new versions, and other modifications to the Software and LoanPro Service that are provided by LoanPro to its SaaS customer base as part of support and maintenance services.
Software Modifications means any change to the Software resulting in modified behavior of the Software, including but not limited to adaptive maintenance (modification of Software to keep it usable in a changed or changing environment) corrective maintenance (reactive modification of a Software product to correct discovered faults), and perfective maintenance (modification of a Software product to improve performance or maintainability).
Software Modifications means Additional Customizations and Additional Interfaces, and related Documentation, that Contractor may provide following Go-Live upon County’s request therefor as Application Modifications in accordance with Paragraph 6.4 (Optional Work) and Xxxx 00 (Optional Work) of Exhibit A (Statement of Work), which will update Schedule B.1 (Optional Work Schedule).
Software Modifications means changes, improvements, modifications or additions which may be made by us to the Licensed Software during the currency of this Agreement and are not included in the Computer Program recent release.
