No Payment Leave. A substitute shall be provided by the District. The Association, other approved agency, or the employee shall reimburse the District for the substitute’s pay. The District shall not be responsible for any travel expenses. This category applies to the employees in attendance at conferences, seminars and symposiums for the Association or other approved agency. Prior written approval from the Association or other approved agency shall be on file with the District prior to approval by the District and prior to the absence.
