Common use of No Political Activity Clause in Contracts

No Political Activity. Contractor shall not use and require its subcontractors not to use, any of the funds received pursuant to this Agreement, or any personnel or material paid for with funds pursuant to this agreement, for political activity. The term “political activity” shall mean a communication made to any electorate in support of, or in opposition to, a ballot measure or candidate in any federal, state or local government election.
