Illegal Activity No portion of the Property has been or will be purchased with proceeds of any illegal activity.
Illegal Activities Seller shall not engage in any conduct or activity that could subject its assets to forfeiture or seizure.
Possession of Alcohol and Illegal Drugs Employees may not use or possess alcohol while on duty, except when authorized by the institution’s policy. The possession or use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited.
No Illegal Harassment Violation of the City’s harassment policy, which is incorporated by reference and available from the Human Resource Division, by the Contractor, its officers, employees, agents, vendors, consultants, subcontractors and anyone from whom it is legally liable, while performing or failing to perform Contractor’s duties under this Contract shall be considered a material breach of contract.
Illegal Drugs A. The use or possession of an illegal drug or controlled substance by an employee on duty is cause for suspension or termination, and/or referral for criminal prosecution.
Political Activity Prohibited a. None of the funds, materials, property or services provided directly or indirectly under this contract shall be used for partisan political activity.
Application of Insurance Proceeds Grantor shall promptly notify Lender of any loss or damage to the Collateral. Lender may make proof of loss if Grantor fails to do so within fifteen (15) days of the casualty. All proceeds of any insurance on the Collateral, including accrued proceeds thereon, shall be held by Lender as part of the Collateral. If Lender consents to repair or replacement of the damaged or destroyed Collateral, Lender shall, upon satisfactory proof of expenditure, pay or reimburse Grantor from the proceeds for the reasonable cost of repair or restoration. If Lender does not consent to repair or replacement of the Collateral, Lender shall retain a sufficient amount of the proceeds to pay all of the Indebtedness, and shall pay the balance to Grantor. Any proceeds which have not been disbursed within six (6) months after their receipt and which Grantor has not committed to the repair or restoration of the Collateral shall be used to prepay the Indebtedness.
No Unlawful or Prohibited Use Intellectual Property You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx strictly in accordance with these terms of use. You will not modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, found on the Site. Biond Financial content is not for resale. Your use of the Site does not entitle you to make any unauthorized use of any protected content, and in particular you will not delete or alter any proprietary rights or attribution notices in any content. You will use protected content solely for your personal use, and will make no other use of the content without the express written permission of Biond Financial and the copyright owner. You agree that you do not acquire any ownership rights in any protected content. We do not grant you any licenses, express or implied, to the intellectual property of Biond Financial or our licensors except as expressly authorized by these Terms.
Unlawful Use Using service in any manner that violates local, state or federal law, including without limitation using service to transmit any material (by e-mail or otherwise) whose transmission is unlawful under any local, state or federal law applicable to such transmission.
ILLEGAL STRIKES 10.1 The Public Service Labour Relations Act provides penalties for engaging in illegal strikes.
