Common use of No Producer Discrimination Clause in Contracts

No Producer Discrimination. The Producer and the Guild Member agree that they shall not discriminate against or engage in any harassment of any applicant for engagement or Guild Member for reasons based on race, colour, ancestry, place of origin, political belief, religion, marital or parental status, family status, source of income, number of dependants, nationality, physical or mental disability, sex, sexual preference or orientation, age, District Council membership or activity, or any other basis prohibited by applicable federal, provincial or territorial law.
