No Reprisals/Protection from Retaliation. 14.07 No employee shall suffer any reprisals for having filed a complaint in good faith or for having co-operated in a harassment investigation. Coordinators/Supervisors and the Executive Director are responsible for ensuring that employees are protected from retaliation for having filed a complaint or co•operated in an investigation.
