No Retiree Health Care. Neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries or their current or former ERISA Affiliates has any liability with respect to any current or former employees, consultants, or independent contractors, or any Plan, except pursuant to the Company Plans. No Company Plan provides for any post-termination or retiree welfare benefits to any individual for any reason, other than as required under Section 4980B of the Code, Part 6 of Title I of ERISA or other similar Applicable Law. With respect to each Company Plan that is an employee welfare benefit plan (within the meaning of Section 3(1) of ERISA), all claims incurred thereunder, are (i) fully insured, or (ii) covered under a contract with a health maintenance organization.

  • Health Care The Company will reimburse the Executive for the cost of maintaining continuing health coverage under COBRA for a period of no more than 12 months following the date of termination, less the amount the Executive is expected to pay as a regular employee premium for such coverage. Such reimbursements will cease if the Executive becomes eligible for similar coverage under another benefit plan.

  • Extended Health Care Plan ‌ The Employer shall pay the monthly premium for regular employees entitled to coverage under a mutually acceptable extended health care plan.
