No Return of Contributions. A Member is not entitled to the return of any part of his, her or its Capital Contributions or Priority Capital Contributions or to be paid interest in respect of either such Member’s Capital Account or Capital Contributions or Priority Capital Contributions. An unrepaid Capital Contribution or Priority Capital Contribution is not a liability of the Company or of the other Members.

No Return of Contributions. Anything in this Agreement to the contrary notwithstanding, the Members will not be personally liable for the return of the Capital Contribution of a Member, or any portion thereof, it being expressly understood that any such return shall be made solely from Company assets. A Member may not demand or receive property other than cash in return for its contribution, except as permitted by section 11.2(c) of this Agreement.
