No Sale of Information. The Parties acknowledge and agree that the exchange of Personal Information between the Parties does not form part of any monetary or other valuable consideration exchanged between the Parties with respect to the MPA.
No Sale of Information. Gruntwork will not sell Customer Information, nor retain, use, or disclose Customer Information for any commercial purpose other than providing the Gruntwork Services. Gruntwork will not disclose Customer Information outside the scope of the Agreement. Gruntwork understands its obligations under Applicable Data Protection Law and will comply with them.
