No set of health or safety regulations, however, can comprehensibly cover all possible unsafe practices of working; therefore, the Union and the Individual Employer undertake to promote in every way possible the realization of the responsibility of the Employees and the Individual Employer with regard to preventing accidents to himself or to his fellow Employees. No Employee shall be discharged for refusing to work on or about equipment or a condition that is unsafe. Any Employee discharged for refusal to work under the above conditions shall be made whole by the Employer for lost wages and benefits.

  • Fraud, Waste, and Abuse Contractor understands that HHS does not tolerate any type of fraud, waste, or abuse.
