No Show and Abandonment of Unit As outlined in Section 1.2, if the Resident does not take possession of and occupy the room within three (3) days of the occupancy start date, the application fee, confirmation deposit, and this license are automatically forfeited and cancelled, and the University may license the Room to another resident forthwith, without notice to the Resident. The Resident acknowledges that the premises may be deemed abandoned where the Resident has, in the opinion of the Graduate House Office, vacated the premises and failed to respond to a Notice of Abandonment sent within ten (10) business days of the Notice of Abandonment being posted on the door to the Room. Abandonment is grounds for termination of this Agreement and the Resident’s rights hereunder. If deemed abandoned, the Resident shall be liable for the Occupancy Fees as set out in Section 4.1 above, with the date two (2) full months after the posting of the Notice of Abandonment being considered the Date of Withdrawal.

  • Access To, Return, and Disposition of Data Upon written request of LEA, Operator shall dispose of or delete all Data obtained under the Service Agreement when it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was obtained, and transfer said data to LEA or LEA’s designee within sixty (60) days of the date of termination and according to a schedule and procedure as the Parties may reasonably agree. Operator acknowledges LEA’s obligations regarding retention of governmental data, and shall not destroy Data except as permitted by LEA. Nothing in the Service Agreement shall authorize Operator to maintain Data obtained under the Service Agreement beyond the time period reasonably needed to complete the disposition. Disposition shall include (1) the shredding of any hard copies of any Data; (2) Data Destruction; or (3) Otherwise modifying the personal information in those records to make it unreadable or indecipherable. Operator shall provide written notification to LEA when the Data has been disposed of. The duty to dispose of Data shall not extend to data that has been de-identified or placed in a separate Student account, pursuant to the other terms of the DPA. The LEA may employ a “Request for Return or Deletion of Data” FORM, a sample of this form is attached on Exhibit “D”). Upon receipt of a request from the LEA, the Operator will immediately provide the LEA with any specified portion of the Data within five (5) business days of receipt of said request.

  • Contracts Concerning Use of Project The Recipient agrees that during the Agreement Term it will not contract with any Private Person for use of the Project or any portion thereof or the facility or facilities of which the Project is a part for any Private Business Use unless all of the conditions of subparagraph F.3.a., subparagraph F.3.b. or subparagraph F.3.c. are met:

  • Title to Improvements and Delivered Materials Title to all improvements constructed at the Site vests instanter in the Board of Regents.   • Title to Improvements Any improvements, developments, adaptations and/or modifications to the Foreground Intellectual Property, and any and all new inventions or discoveries, based on or resulting from the use of Transnet’s Background Intellectual Property and/or Confidential Information shall be exclusively owned by Transnet. The Supplier/Service Provider shall disclose promptly to Transnet all such improvements, developments, adaptations and/or modifications, inventions or discoveries. The Supplier/Service Provider shall not at any time during or after the termination or cancellation of this Agreement dispute the validity or enforceability of such Foreground Intellectual Property, or cause to be done any act or anything contesting or in any way impairing or tending to impair any part of that right, title and interest to any of the Foreground Intellectual Property and shall not counsel or assist any person to do so.
