Confirmation Deposit. A confirmation deposit of $500 is due at the time an applicant accepts the Offer of Residence. Once paid, this deposit is non-refundable if the Resident does not take up occupancy for whatever reason. If the Resident does take up occupancy this amount will be applied to their last month’s Occupancy Fee;.
Confirmation Deposit. A deposit of $250.00 is due upon execution of this Rental Agreement to secure your reservation. The deposit is non-refundable and applied toward the rental fees.
Confirmation Deposit. 3.1 Along with a signed agreement, if applicable, a deposit, as stated on the booking form, will apply to fully secure the event and create a binding agreement with us. Where deposits are not required, then this Agreement will be binding on signature.
3.2 Once a credit/debit card number has been provided by the Contact, requests to change credit card numbers will not be accepted. You and the Contact authorise us to charge/request payment of all fees to the credit/debit card.

If you cause damages in excess of the amount of security deposit, you agree to pay for such damages upon receipt of damage notification. There will be a $30 charge for any returned checks. Confirmation Deposit. After the Rental Agreement & Initial Deposit is received, you will be given your confirmation deposit due date. Confirmation deposit is the same amount as above. Both are due prior to your event. Initial & Confirmation deposits are non-refundable.

Confirmation Deposit. When a place is offered for study at Xxxxx Grammar this position is secured by a confirmation deposit of $550. This deposit is then applied to your school account at the beginning of the year the student commences his/her studies. Please note: The Confirmation Deposit is strictly non- refundable or transferable. Fees may be paid on a monthly basis on arrangement with the Finance Department before the commencement of each year. The rate of repayment will be calculated by the Finance Department and will be due and payable on the 28th of each month commencing on 28 January and ceasing on 28 November. Payments are calculated on the annual fee, additional charges and levies (if applicable), divided into 11 monthly instalments. Parents who consistently fail to pay on the due date will forfeit the right to pay on a monthly basis. A $27.50 administration fee will be charged per student per annum if parents wish to pay on a monthly basis.
