No Subleasing. If you allow someone to use your site, the guest must pay the visitor fee. Overnight guests in your Camper are $5.00 per night per Adult (18 years) If any tent or popup is put up on the site a fee of $20.00 will apply per night per family of two adults plus four children under 18 years of age. Only one extra tent or popup will be allowed on a seasonal site. If more tents or popups arrive, the guest will need to reserve a site at $45 per night. Guest must follow all rules, otherwise will be asked to leave.
No Subleasing. CUSTOMER shall not sublease, or sublet the Fibers, this Agreement or any right, obligation, or privilege given to it under this Agreement.
No Subleasing. The Project Owner shall cause the property manager to include in any leasing agreement with residents that no subleases shall be permitted without the express written consent of the Project Owner, in its sole and absolute discretion. The Project Owner shall not agree to such sublease provisions as a matter of course but only in the case of extreme hardship (i.e., the tenant is relocating outside of Routt County).
No Subleasing. Title to the rented property is and at all times shall remain with lessor. Only the parties hereto and such person whose names are endorsed hereon are authorized to use said property and renter will not permit said property to be used by any other person or venue without the consent of the lessor. Property may not be altered.
No Subleasing. Exhibitor/Sponsor may not sublease its space. A sublease includes, but is not limited to, renting, sharing, donating, or in any way allowing another company or person to display or advertise in an exhibitor’s space.

The Engine is currently in the possession of and operated by Lessee and Seller has not consented to Lessee’s subleasing of the Engine or otherwise parting with control of the Engine or agreed with Lessee to do any of the foregoing (except as otherwise set forth in the Lease Agreement).

No Subleasing. The Member hereby agrees not to assign this Agreement or sublet their Space or Mobile Home without the written consent of the Board of Directors. Approval by the Board will be conditioned upon compliance with the Governing Instruments and Operating Rules. The Board may add reasonable additional special conditions. Any subleasing in violation of this Occupancy Agreement shall, at the option of the Cooperative, result in the forfeiture of the Member's rights under this Occupancy Agreement. The liability of the Member under this Agreement shall continue notwithstanding the fact that they may have sublet the Space with the approval of the Cooperative. The Member shall continue to be liable for all obligations hereunder and shall be responsible to the Cooperative for the conduct of their sub-lessee.
No Subleasing. Lessee shall not sublease the premises to any sublessee.
No Subleasing. Except with Party A's written consent, Party B may not assign, sublease or use other form to transfer all or part of the leased premises for use by a third party or for joint use with another party.
