ADDITIONAL SPECIAL CONDITIONS. In the event the licensee is using the concession stand, the licensee shall abide by all posted rules and procedures for usage and cleaning. The City shall provide cleaning products and paper towels for the rental. The Licensee shall not use their cleaning supplies on the City’s equipment.
ADDITIONAL SPECIAL CONDITIONS. Notwithstanding any other provision in this agreement, the parties hereby agree that the Additional Special Conditions set forth on Schedule 7 and attached hereto shall be and are considered part of this Agreement, and further agree that to the extent there is a conflict between any terms and conditions contained on Schedule 7 and any terms and conditions contained herein, those set forth on Schedule 7 shall supersede and govern over such contradictory terms and conditions contained herein.
ADDITIONAL SPECIAL CONDITIONS. Any additional and/or special conditions or provisions made in writing, signed by all affected parties may be attached to this Agreement and are made a part of this Agreement by reference. ADDITIONAL SPECIAL CONDITIONS a. Conduct a kicking meeting and periodic review meetings with City Staff. The Engineer must provide a meeting agenda and notes of the meetings.
b. City measurement and payment will be understood and complied with in its entirety by the Engineer.
c. Progress and review meetings shall be held as agreed upon by the City Project Manager and Engineer for the project. The Engineer shall be responsible for writing down all comments made at review meetings and providing all the comments back to the City in the meeting minutes. d. Engineer is to perform an internal Quality Assurance and Quality Control review of all services provided prior to submittal for review by the City.
e. Engineer shall be responsible for errors and will be expected to pay for correcting errors.

ADDITIONAL SPECIAL CONDITIONS a. Construction Documents, Contracts, Change Orders
i. Construction Document Approval: The SUBRECIPIENT agrees to submit one copy of all construction plans and specifications to the DEPARTMENT for review and approval prior to solicitation of bids for construction.
ii. The SUBRECIPIENT shall use a competitive procurement process in the procurement and award of any contracts with contractors or sub-contractors that are entered into under the original contract award. The procurement process followed shall be in accordance with 2 CFR Part 200.318 General procurement standards through 200.326 Contract Provisions. Copies of all bids and contracts awarded shall be submitted to the DEPARTMENT upon request. Where all bids are substantially in excess of project estimates, the DEPARTMENT may, by notice in writing, suspend the project for determination of appropriate action, which may include termination of the Agreement.
ADDITIONAL SPECIAL CONDITIONS. THE BUYER CONTRACT shall incorporate these Special Conditions of Sale. Where there is a conflict between the BUYER CONTRACT or any general conditions of sale, these Special Conditions of Sale shall prevail.
