No Temporary Accommodation Sample Clauses

No Temporary Accommodation. Not to keep or store or permit or allow to be kept or stored on any areas not hereby demised any caravan or other moveable dwelling or portable or temporary accommodation and in particular (but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing) not to deposit any refuse or other materials on any areas not hereby demised without the prior written consent of the Landlord, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned.
