No Vested Rights for Exempt Administrators. Administrators who do not serve a timely notice of separation as provided in Section D- 2-a above in the school year immediately preceding their separation shall gain no vested rights through or under this Article; however, exceptions to this may be granted by the District in cases where timelines are not met due to emergency situations or other extenuating circumstances.
