Noise Nuisance. The Licensee must ensure that the noise level of the Event is kept at a reasonably low level so as not to cause any unnecessary disturbance to residents in the neighbourhood.
Noise Nuisance. Any communication with regards to noise disturbance as a result of a complaint will be charged at R2500.00 Call out fee R 5,000.00 Penalty of R20,000 for eviction will be imposed on the Guest and will be deducted from the damage deposit
Noise Nuisance. 12.1 The Facilities shall not during the period of hire be used for any purpose other than that specified on page 1 of this Booking Form and in particular must not be used to create any nuisance which may cause damage annoyance of inconvenience to other persons or property.
12.2 The Hirer shall be responsible for the maintenance of good order and shall ensure that no undesirable person is permitted to enter or remain or make use of the School or it grounds. The Company reserves the right through its duly authorised officers and staff to require the Hirer to remover or cause to be removed any such person from the premises. No persons apparently under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol shall be permitted to remain in the School or on its grounds.
Noise Nuisance. 15.1 The Licensee shall ensure that all halyards, lines, ropes, rigging and sheets on any boat using the Berth or otherwise berthed in the Marina and under control of the Licensee are secured so that they do not create any noise.
15.2 The Licensee shall ensure that any amplifiers do not create a nuisance to other Licensees or neighbouring residential areas.
Noise Nuisance. 17.1. We have a positive policy of “least disturbance” to our neighbours. HP CIC reserve the right to refuse the Hirer using the Premises in the future if complaints are received from neighbours.
17.2. No event should cause noise disturbance to people in neighbouring properties. Music MUST BE kept to a level that it cannot be heard outside of the Building.
17.3. The Hirer MUST ensure that guests do not congregate outside and leave the premises quietly.
17.4. Amplified music MUST be turned off by 9pm.
17.5. The Hirer must not do or allow anyone attending their hiring to do anything on the premises that may become a nuisance to HP CIC or other hirers or to the occupiers of adjoining or neighbouring premises.
17.6. The Hirer shall be responsible for requiring any person causing such a nuisance to leave the Premises and the Building.
Noise Nuisance. Guests should not disturb neighbors with loud noise or music, or unlawful, unsafe, or pollution causing behavior. Should guest allow or participate in such behavior, guest will be evicted and forfeit the remainder of the rent monies and security/damage deposit.

TENANT and TENANT’S family, guests and invitees shall not disturb, harass, annoy, imperil or otherwise interfere with the peaceful enjoyment of other tenants in the building, the neighbors, the LANDLORD, his agents or workmen. Nor shall TENANT or TENANT’S family, guests and invitees violate any law, ordinance, or health code, or commit or permit waste or nuisance in or about the premises.
Noise Nuisance. TV, stereo, radio and musical instrument sound volumes shall be kept low enough so that no noise whatsoever shall escape from the Premises and cause a nuisance. Tenant shall not create or permit any other nuisance on the Premises.

Should Tenant allow or participate in such behavior, Tenant will be evicted and forfeit the remainder of the rental fee and the security deposit. There will be no toleration for parties. If you are having a party, you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately.
Noise Nuisance. The Renter shall at all times conduct the Event in a manner so as not to disturb or interfere with neighbouring properties, businesses or the public. The Renter shall be responsible for any and all penalty, cost and expense which may incurred by the DWBIA and/or 2441022 Ontario Ltd. in the event of a breach of any municipal noise by-law and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the DWBIA and 2441022 Ontario Ltd. in respect of same.
