NOMS Cycle Enhancements. Westcoast will undertake the analysis to determine the scope and requirements necessary for Westcoast to introduce late night and post-ID2 Cycle nominations at the Huntingdon Pool, Xxxxxx Creek storage, Kingsvale and NOVA Gordondale, such analysis to be completed by December 31, 2008. The dates for the implementation of these potential additions to the nomination cycle will be determined based on this analysis. The reasonable cost of third party analysis and the third party costs of implementing the enhancements will be recorded in the Shipper Requested Programs Deferral Account (without the need in this case for a TTTF vote as set out in section 6.1) for amortization in the year following the year in which the analysis is completed. Any decision to actually implement such additions to the nomination cycle will be subject to further discussion between Westcoast and the TTTF based on analysis undertaken by Westcoast.

  • Enhancements No Enhancement shall be provided in respect of any Series of Notes, nor will any Enhancement Provider have any rights hereunder, as third-party beneficiary or otherwise, unless the Servicer has provided its prior written consent to such Enhancement, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld.

  • Maintenance Programme 17.4.1 On or before COD and no later than 45 (forty five) days prior to the beginning of each Accounting Year during the Operation Period, as the case may be, the Concessionaire shall provide to the Authority and the Independent Engineer, its proposed annual programme of preventive, urgent and other scheduled maintenance (the “Maintenance Programme”) to comply with the Maintenance Requirements, Maintenance Manual and Safety Requirements.   • END USER AGREEMENTS (“EUA H-GAC acknowledges that the END USER may choose to enter into an End User Agreement (“EUA) with the Contractor through this Agreement, and that the term of the EUA may exceed the term of the current H-GAC Agreement. H-GAC’s acknowledgement is not an endorsement or approval of the End User Agreement’s terms and conditions. Contractor agrees not to offer, agree to or accept from the END USER, any terms or conditions that conflict with those in Contractor’s Agreement with H-GAC. Contractor affirms that termination of its Agreement with H-GAC for any reason shall not result in the termination of any underlying EUA, which shall in each instance, continue pursuant to the EUA’s stated terms and duration.   • Preferred Provider - Prescription Drugs The Board shall provide, through the Xxxxx County Council of Governments, a preferred provider drug program that, if the employee chooses to utilize, will include the following:

  • Eye Exams Limited to one (1) routine examination per year for which no copay applies.

  • Enhancement Budget Enhancements refer to additional functionality and deliverables unknown to the Authorized User at the time of Mini-Bid release. An Authorized User is permitted to include an enhancement budget, as included in the Mini-Bid (up to 10%). The total cost of the project including the enhancement budget shall not exceed the Lot threshold from which the award was made. An Authorized User shall use Appendix F, Attachment 3, Enhancement Request Template to reflect such modifications. Mini-Bid/Statement of Work documents will define specific criteria and method of reimbursement for the enhancement budget. Written approval of the Enhancement Budget Request is required from both the Authorized User and the Contractor.

  • Network Upgrades and Distribution Upgrades The Participating TO shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the Network Upgrades and Distribution Upgrades described in Appendix A. The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for all costs related to Distribution Upgrades. Unless the Participating TO elects to fund the capital for the Distribution Upgrades and Network Upgrades, they shall be solely funded by the Interconnection Customer.
