Non-affection clause. 1. This agreement shall be without prejudice to the rights, obli- gations and responsibilities of the Community, the Member States and Moldova arising from International Law and, in particular, from: — the Convention of 28 July 1951 on the Status of Refugees as amended by the Protocol of 31 January 1967 on the Status of Refugees, — the international conventions determining the State respon- sible for examining applications for asylum lodged, — the European Convention of 4 November 1950 for the Pro- tection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, — the Convention of 10 December 1984 against Torture and other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment, — international conventions on extradition and transit, — multilateral international conventions and agreements on the readmission of foreign nationals.
