Non-applicability to Probationary Employees and Trainees. The Union shall represent probationary employees and trainees only for the purpose of wages, hours and conditions of employment and not for discharge or discipline. While probationary employees and trainees may be included in seniority listings, there shall be no seniority among probationary employees or trainees.
