Non-Attending Students. TAAP and the administration may annually plan and co-host an in-service for all secondary principals and matrix person- nel that record and monitor student attendance or conduct attendance hearings for both regular and special education students. Two (2) sessions may be held after the workday to accommodate the schedules of those attending. Every effort will be made to hold these sessions during the work day. The policies and procedures to be followed regarding the non-at- tendance of special education students can be found in the School Assistance Center Standard Operating Procedures Manual.

Any change in status regarding any credentialing requirements must be reported in writing, by the Provider to the Department's Credentialing Contracted Agent, within thirty days.

  • Preferred Provider - Prescription Drugs The Board shall provide, through the Xxxxx County Council of Governments, a preferred provider drug program that, if the employee chooses to utilize, will include the following:

  • EDUCATION ASSISTANTS 1. All Education Assistants employed by the Board to assist teachers in carrying out their responsibilities and duties under the School Act and Regulations shall be assigned to classes and/or students by the Principal and shall be assigned specific duties by the teacher during the designated periods of time.

  • Education Reimbursement The County will provide education reimbursement for education costs incurred by regular employees who apply for such reimbursement in accordance with the policies and procedures governing the education reimbursement program. The maximum reimbursement shall be $1,500 per year.

  • Summer Students a) Summer Students shall not be employed while Employees on Seniority List A or B are on lay off in their respective trades.

  • TEACHING HOURS AND TEACHING LOAD A. As professionals, teachers are expected to devote to their assignments the time necessary to meet their responsibilities, but they shall not be required to “clock in or clock out” by hours and minutes. Teachers shall indicate their presence for duty by placing their signature and time in the proper column of the faculty “sign-in” roster.
