Non-bargaining Unit Seniority. Employees who bid for and are selected to fill posted jobs not within the bargaining unit shall retain and accumulate seniority in the group from which they came for up to six (6) months after transfer out of the bargaining unit, after which they will have no further seniority in the bargaining unit.
