Non-Certified/Non-Licensed Employees. All non-certified/non-licensed employees shall be evaluated by his/her building supervisor or designee at least once during the first ninety (90) days of probationary employment and at least every other year thereafter. The evaluation process shall include scheduling evaluations and day to day appraisals.
