ASSOCIATION USE OF DISTRICT FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT. If space is available therein, Board will allow the Association upon prior written notice to the Superintendent or designee to use District facilities for committee or general building employee meetings, outside of school attendance hours, pursuant to Board policies governing such usage. In addition, an employee shall have the right to use office equipment, as made available, for Association purposes. Such use shall not interrupt any District functions and shall not occur during the employee's work time (except as the employee's supervisor shall expressly and non-precedentially authorize). The Association shall pay for reasonable cost of all materials and supplies incident to such use.
ASSOCIATION USE OF DISTRICT FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT. A. The Association may have the use of the school buildings for meetings by reaching mutual agreement with the respective Building Principal regarding time, date, and room location. Should these meetings be held during regular school days and hours, or immediately thereafter, there shall be no interruption or interference with school activities. If facilities are requested at times other than days and times indicated above, the Association shall follow established Board rules and regulations for permission.
B. The Association may use duplicating equipment, computers, and other word processing equipment for Association business at times that are not during student instruction times. The Association shall reimburse the Board for all consumable supplies and materials.
ASSOCIATION USE OF DISTRICT FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT. The Employer will allow the Association to use district facilities for committee, general, or building employee meetings, outside of school attendance hours. Prior approval of the Superintendent or his designee is to be secured at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of such use. The Association agrees to reimburse the district for any costs incurred during major organizational use.

The Employer will allow the Association to use District facilities for committee, general or building Employee meetings, outside of school attendance hours, provided that, if more than fifteen (15) persons are in attendance, at least seventy-five percent (75%) of those in attendance are employed by the Board.
ASSOCIATION USE OF DISTRICT FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT. The Association will be allowed the reasonable use of the following for its official business.
A. designated areas in the school building for meetings, if scheduled through, the administration,
ASSOCIATION USE OF DISTRICT FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT. A. Upon prior approval of the building Principal or his designee, the Association will be allowed to use available District facilities for committee, general or building representative meetings, outside of normal school attendance hours.
B. Upon prior approval of the building Principal or his designee, the Association will be allowed use of District office equipment.
C. The Association may make use of the Employer’s inter-school mail system for communications.
D. The Association shall have access, at each work site within the staff communication area, to a bulletin board restricted for Association notices.
ASSOCIATION USE OF DISTRICT FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT. For purposes of conducting appropriate and professional Association business or communications, and with the prior approval of the Director or designee, the Association shall be allowed to use any available BHASED owned and operated facility for meetings. The Association shall have reasonable use of the district equipment in any BHASED owned and operated facility provided:
A. There is no interference or disruption of normal school use;
B. The Association purchases all materials and supplies incidental to such use;
C. Members who are not officers of the Association will not conduct Association business during work hours; and
D. No Association business shall be discussed in the presence of students.
ASSOCIATION USE OF DISTRICT FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT. The Board will permit the Association to use its facilities and equipment for Association meetings, provided such use does not interfere with regularly scheduled school functions and other Board-approved functions. When custodial service is required, the Board may charge the Association for this service.
ASSOCIATION USE OF DISTRICT FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT. The Employer will allow the Association to use district facilities for business meetings after contractual hours and based on availability. In addition, the Association shall have the right to use office equipment after contractual hours when such equipment is not in use, for Association business only.
