Non Commercial Supply of Licensed Product. (a) Subject to the terms of this Article 7, the Non-Commercial Supply Agreement and Non-Commercial Quality Agreement, Company shall, itself or through one or more Third Party contract manufacturers, supply all quantities of the Licensed Product as required (i) for Clinical Trials in the Territory at the Transfer Price or (ii) for quality inspection by Regulatory Authorities in the Territory at no cost to Licensee. Such quantities of the Licensed Product and the schedule of such supply shall be confirmed by the JSC and consistent with the Development Plan. Licensed Products for any patient assistance program in the Territory shall be supplied at no cost to Licensee in a manner and amount to be determined and approved by the JSC.
