Common use of Non-Contractual Grievance Clause in Contracts

Non-Contractual Grievance. A non-contractual grievance is a right to appeal the interpretation, application or violation of any policy, agreement and administrative decision affecting the employees covered by this Agreement. A non-contractual grievance shall be processed up to and including the Park Commission.
