NON-CORE PREMIUM. All time worked before 06:30 and after 17:30, and all standard hours worked on Saturday, shall be subject to a 12% non-core-hour premium. This premium is not paid if the time worked during these hours is at the employee’s request, or if it attracts a higher premium rate pursuant to Articles 13 and 16.
