Non-Discrimination and Equal Employment Opportunity. In the performance of this MOU, Conference/Event Organizer shall not discriminate against any employee, sub- contractor, or applicant for employment because of race, religious creed, color, national origin, ancestry, physical disability, mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, marital status, sex, gender, gender identity, gender expression, age, sexual orientation or military and veteran status. Conference/Event Organizer will take affirmative action to ensure that sub- contractors and applicants are employed, and that employees are treated during employment, without regard to their race, religious creed, color, national origin, ancestry, physical disability, mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, marital status, sex, gender, gender identity, gender expression, age, sexual orientation or military and veteran status.
