NON-DISCRIMINATION PROVISION. a. The parties mutually recognize and agree to protect the rights of all employees hereby to join or participate in protected IPCMA activities or to refrain from joining or participating in protected activities as set forth in accordance with the City’s Resolution #7177 Employer/Employee Relations Resolution as amended by the parties, Government Code Sections 3500 as amended, et. seq.
