Non-exclusive Agent Clause Samples

Non-exclusive Agent. Equalis will serve as Member’s non-exclusive agent of Member in negotiating the terms and conditions of Supplier Agreements that are included in the Program and making those Supplier Contracts available to Member. Equalis is not a seller, buyer, reseller, or exclusive agent of Member and is not a party to any Supplier Contract or other contract or agreement between Member and a Supplier.

Non-exclusive Agent. Practice hereby appoints HMHP as its true and lawful attorney- in-fact for the limited purposes of negotiating and executing Payor Contracts. Practice shall execute any agreements, and/or cause the Participating Physicians to execute any agreements, determined by any state or federal regulatory body or agency to be necessary for the regulatory approval and full implementation of any Health Benefit Plan or Payor Contract.

Non-exclusive Agent. EMW appoints and authorizes EESI as its limited, non-exclusive agent to take actions necessary to perform the Full Management Services during the Initial Period and any individual service comprising the Full Management Services thereafter; provided, however such appointment is a limited agency wherein the duties of EESI are specifically limited to the subject matter thereof and will not create or result in the imposition on EESI of any other duties of any kind, including without limitation any duties that otherwise may arise by operation of law. Nothing herein will cause EESI to be or to be deemed a party to any transportation agreement with EMW's Transporter(s) and particularly, without limitation, EESI does not hereby assume any obligation, liability or responsibility of EMW to EMW's Transporter(s) in connection with the obligation to pay transportation invoices.

Non-exclusive Agent. SDHC hereby designates Lender as its non-exclusive agent for the receipt and processing of applications for Subordinate Loans under the Loan and Grant Programs and Mortgage Credit Certificates under the MCC Program.

Non-exclusive Agent. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to prohibit or limit Gryphone’s right to enter into sales or other agency agreements with other entities or perform tasks and responsibilities specified herein for itself.
